Making a plan

My favorite scripture, and one that I cling to tightly at this point in my life is Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

This week I was thinking about this scripture, especially in light of several events/pieces of news/situations that have arisen. Update on Day 8: As of today, my scale tells me that I am down 3.8 pounds on one week of the Fuel Cycle! WooHoo! Continue reading
