Menu Plan for the Week
Last week was tough! First week back after vacation, kids had VBS every night, I joined the gym, and it was the week before school starts. There was a TON to do. Blogging kind of fell by the wayside So did healthy eating, for the most part. This week is likely to be just as hectic, but I spent ALL DAY TODAY in the kitchen prepping, so at least I’m ready in terms of food! Meals here are THM coded as E (= Energizing), S (= Satisfying), and FP (= Fuel Pull).
