I’m linking up today to Menu Plan Monday over at Organizing Junkie. Normally, I’d also be linking up to Start Successful on Sunday over at Felicia’s Red Door Life, but Felicia’s on vacation right now. I’m loving SSOS so much that I’m just gonna keep on with it for the consistency and accountability!

Start Successful on Sunday/Menu Plan Monday
Menu Plan for the Week
I sort of feel like I’ve been working for months to clean out my pantry. I guess I have, since it’s July and I’ve been working on this since May. Don’t get me wrong, I really have used up a lot of food! But I’ve also bought a lot of food. And I’ve still got a lot to use up. So my menu this week is using only items that I already have in my fridge and need to use up! I’m gonna be totally flexible and just list ideas for each meal, rather than actually planning it out day to day.

Have a great week! Hope you manage to get everything done! Love your photo of the Grand Canyon, somewhere I really must visit one day!
It is really breath-taking!!
Oooooooh. Chicken Curry. I totally need some of that. Thanks for linking at Trim Healthy Tuesday!
It was an experiment by my DH, but a really delicious one!
